    Martha Stewart gets candid about her career as she makes the bold claim

    She further shared, “It was hybridized by a Frenchman in France and brought over here about two years ago.”

    Regarding what she appreciates about the flower, Stewart revealed, “I particularly like this one for the complexity of the petals.”

    She explained, “It’s like a cinquefoil, they call it, five centers. And it’s very curly in the center. It ranges from almost an orange and pink at the center to a really beautiful pink on the outside.”

    During the discussion, Christiansen referenced a book he had read concerning plant personalities, noting, “Wisteria grows and grows and grows, and you can never stop it.”

    He then asked, “Who do I know that’s like that?”

    Stewart laughed and quickly replied, “I’m a wisteria.”
