ZURICH, Sept 22 (Reuters) – Swiss Finance Minister Karin Keller‑Sutter and UBS chief executive Sergio Ermotti on Tuesday defended their conflicting positions on new Swiss capital regulations during a final round of appeals ahead of a crucial parliamentary vote on Wednesday.
