The International Cricket Council (ICC) has released an Invitation to Tender (ITT) seeking Sports Presentation Management Services for the ICC Women’s Champions Trophy 2027, scheduled to take place in India in February 2027.
The inaugural ICC Women’s Champions Trophy, a fresh addition to the women’s cricket calendar, will feature the top six national teams competing in a round‑robin format, with the leading two progressing to the final on 28 February. Sixteen matches are slated to be held at two venues in Mumbai and Vadodara, India.
The ICC is looking for a partner to design and execute a creative, innovative, consistent, and integrated sport presentation programme that elevates the experience for all spectators. Responsibilities cover ceremonies, music, large‑screen graphics and their integration, fan activations and engagement, with the possibility to submit proposals for opening and closing entertainment.
Proposals should demonstrate how the sport presentation services will be customised for the T20 cricket format and meet local audience expectations, showing a clear grasp of the target crowd.
The ITT aims to draw submissions from financially robust firms that possess skilled staff, considerable experience in comparable services, the ability to offer innovative solutions, and the capacity to meet world‑class standards.
