Seamus Ruiz-Earle: Building, Exiting, and Backing the Next Generation of Technology at age 23, an honor that followed an earlier milestone: at 18, he became the youngest known Trailhead Ranger and Trailblazer in Salesforce history. Currently, Ruiz-Earle serves as the founder of Carabiner Capital, a private family office focused on acquisitions and investments across software, technology, and services, while also acting as Managing Director of Revenue Operations and Technology at SBI. Since 2016, he has also served as the founder and chairman of Michael’s Way, a Bay Area nonprofit dedicated to supporting child victims of violent crime. Through podcasts, industry forums, and executive advisory roles, Ruiz-Earle maintains a consistent perspective: companies often address revenue operations far too late, treating as a cleanup task what should be treated as foundational infrastructure. From Cold Calls to the Salesforce Ecosystem
Ruiz-Earle did not originally plan to build a career in enterprise software. While a student at Bellarmine College Preparatory in San Jose at age 17, he heard an <a s Education Cloud programming at Dreamforce 2018, presented to the Trailhead Student Community, and reached the finals of the Salesforce for Students case competition, which secured him a full scholarship to the event. ABC 7 News reported on the competition. Additionally, he delivered a talk at TEDx Boston College and appeared on the Salesforce podcast, The Trailblazer's Guide to Careers.
