    Quadient announces intention to sell Lockers business. As a first step, sale of UK open network signed for €65 million.

    Following the conclusion of a strategic review, the company intends to divest its Lockers <a s projected FY 2026 leverage ratio (excluding leasing) from approximately 1.5x to roughly 1.2x.

    A formal sale process has been initiated for the remainder of the Lockers <a s largest and most profitable solution by 2030. This strategic shift was highlighted at the beginning of FY 2026, when Quadient expanded its Digital leadership within the Executive Committee and placed the Digital business under the direct oversight of the Chief Executive Officer. Having developed the Lockers solution into a scalable, growing, and profitable entity, Quadient is now moving to realize its value.
