Azerion has published its bond prospectus and submitted an application to list its bonds on Nasdaq Stockholm.
Amsterdam, 21 September 2026 — Following the settlement of the Bond Issue on 2 October 2025, Azerion Group N.V. (“Azerion” or the “Company”) successfully issued senior secured callable bonds (the “Bonds”) totaling EUR 225 million, operating under a EUR 350 million framework with ISIN NO0013660357. These Bonds feature a four-year tenor and carry a floating interest rate of 3m EURIBOR plus a 5.5 percent margin.
On 21 September 2026, the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (Autoriteit Financiële Markten or “AFM”) granted approval for the prospectus regarding the admission of the Bonds to trading (the “Prospectus”). This approval has been formally communicated to the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (Finansinspektionen). The Prospectus is availableummary can be found on the Company’s official website
The Company is applying to list the Bonds on the Nasdaq Stockholm Corporate Bond List. Trading is anticipated to commence on or around 28 September 2026.
